Here is my nail art for PHD's most recent challenge. I chose a dress similar to this design (I'll upload a photo of the dress as soon as I figure out how to). I used China Glaze "For Audrey" as a base, OPI "Fiercely Fiona" for the spots, and Wet n Wild "Black Creme" for the spots' outline. I'm not exactly a nail art pro or anything but I tried my best.
